My customer Valeo are using TPS92662A for their project, they asked:
1. How we define the parameters for Switch Pulse current, how to conduct relevant tests, testing conditions, testing methods, etc., and is there any relevant information on the transient overcurrent capability of a single pulse defined in the datasheet as a 400Hz repetitive pulse.
2. In their use case: there is a single pulse current, the maximum current flowing through the switch will reach 7.12A, the time for the current to drop to 1.5A is 34.6us, and the time to drop to 10% of the maximum value is 43us. Could you please help check if there is any risks here.
3. Can we provide the internal impedance and capacitance of ADC pins, and the SOA curve of the internal switch?
