WEBENCH-POWER-DESIGNER: The simulation fails when I try to run it

Tool/software:

I tried to run a simulation this morning using Power Designer (WEBENCH), but it fails to run as shown below. (Fail)

There were no problems until yesterday.

What could be the cause?

Please give me some advice and how to deal with it.

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The production servers were down for some time during the day, and we also observed the same issue.

    However, this has now been resolved. Kindly retry and verify whether the simulations are functioning correctly.

    If the issue persists, please follow the instructions outlined in the attached document and share the corresponding design link with us. This will enable us to identify the root cause and implement a resolution effectively.
