Thans for your reply. I understood 1960nA at -40C to +85C. They would like to refer Iq data at 25C if we have.

Do we have any Iq data related to temp drift?

Hi Kotaro,

You can regard type value of iq is 25C.

The relationship of iq and temp is positive correlation.

Hi Colin,

When voltage is applied to the VIN and EN pins, should we assume that 100 nA flows to VIN and 50 nA flows to EN due to input bias current, for a total of 550 nA together with Iq (400nA as you mentioned)?
