Hi, for PN UA78M33QDCYRG4Q1, can you please confirm the temperature range used for temperature cycling per JESD22-A104 during qualification?

If the low end of the temp range is -40C, is there any other testing performed below -40C you can share?

This device was tested with a temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees C.

There was no testing performed below -40.
