BQ25730: Charge Behavior for 1S battery, 5V input charger.

Hello, using the EVM and wondering what the behavior should be for charging 1S battery in range of 3.2 - 4.2V.
1S config is set on JP3
OTG jumper block JP2 is attached.

If I write to charge current register (0x02) the data 0x40 0x00 this should set the charger to deliver 128mA
If I set charge current to 0x00 0x02 I would expect 1A current.

I've used a DMM setup to measure the current into the battery and can confirm it sinks current.
It is a 2200mAh 3.7V single cell lipo.

The results I obtain are not what I expect however as writing 0x40 0x00 delivers ~ 150mA
0x00 0x02 delivers ~ 250mA.

So I set charge current in steps like so:

Registers
0x2 0x3
--------------
0x40 0x00
0xC0 0x00
0x00 0x01
0x00 0x02

After the last step I read two of these registers.
Byte order is least significant address to most significant address.

Charger Status Register
0x00 0xb8

Prochot Register
0x00 0xb8

Hello Jeff,

I was looking for a register dump, I just to see what all of the registers are set to, not just what you write to.

Are you using the same power supply from the other E2E post? Do you see this issue, if you use a different power supply?
