I would like to evaluate the LMR38020QEVM under high temperature and low temperature.
What is the operating temperature range of this evaluation board?

    Hi Taku,

    The EVM can be used at the same temperature range as the device i.e. operating junction temperature (TJ ) range of –40°C to +150°C. Please note that the ambient temperature range would be less than this as the  Junction temperature = Ambient temperature + P_D∙θ_JA.

    P_D = Power loss in converter (W)

    θ_JA = Thermal resistance from junction to ambient (°C/W)
