We are planning to use this part in our design,but the simulation is not enabled in TI WEBENCH.

Could you please share if there is any ltspice model for this part to simulate,

or please suggest a part number similar to this.

Hi Bhuvaneshwari,

You might be able to use the pspice model provided on the product page with LTspice, but I would recommend to use PSPICE-FOR-TI (https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI) as it would be more compatible with the model.

The pspice tool is requesting for an active license, we do not have those license.

Could you please share an exe file to install pspice software.?

You should be able to request a license in the same page. Go to the above link, scroll down and click request, then fill out the details asked. The approval might take a few hours. Let me know if you face any issues.
