Hi,

We are planning to use this part in our design,but the simulation is not enabled in TI WEBENCH.

Could you please share if there is any ltspice model for this part to simulate,

or please suggest a part number similar to this with the same specification.

    Hi Bhuvaneshwari,

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have a model for this device.

    You can take a look at LMR36503 or LMR36006 which should work with the same specifications. However these are not power modules and you will have to use an external inductor. 

    You can also have a look at TPSM365R6, which is a power module with integrated inductor but VOUT is 1 to 13V for this.

    All three of these have pspice models on the product page which can work with LTspice, but I would recommend to use PSPICE-FOR-TI (https://www.ti.com/tool/PSPICE-FOR-TI) as it would be more compatible with the models.
