UCC15241 is the highest Viso module TI offers in terms of isolation voltage capability. If higher isolation is needed, some customers have used two IIB modules in series to effectively double the isolation voltage. I have tested this with UCC12050 and the summary is shown below. I have not tried this with UCC15241 but the concept should be similar, where you could configure the first UCC15241 for a single output used as the input to the second UCC15241 which then can convert to a single or dual output configuration.

You mentioned that some customer uses two IIB modules in series, have their products been mass-produced? How they pass product level certification? Thanks.

The one HV application I can recall was industrial transport (train). Not sure about product level certification? TI certifies our isolation products at the component level.
