BQ76952: Pin34 of the BQ76952 chip as VDD50.When initializing the BQ76952, VDD50 drop to 0V for about tens of milliseconds

Part Number: BQ76952

Tool/software:

Dear TI engineers:

We use pin34 of this BQ76952 chip as VDD50,and VDD50 is generally used as the enable pin of the LDO and may affect the MCU3.3V.

When initializing the BQ76952 chip, the VDD50 was found to drop.As shown as the pciture, the channel 1 is VDD50 ,When the BMS is activated, the VDD50 will drop to 0V for about tens of milliseconds.

We want to know what is the reason for this? Is there any configuration on the software that could cause this to happen?

Best Regards,
