Hello
We need to have power dissipation table like of example below.
I want to calculate Tj based on the measured Tc.
Our application below.
These calculations are necessary to verify the simulation.
Could you help us?

Hello Damian,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We don't have a detailed thermal information as you have shown in your post. Instead, you can refer to the formula and thermal data below to calculate for the Tj temperature using the measured Tcase.
I also indicate the link of the app note below that the explain why those parameters in the formula needs to be used in determining the junction temperature.
I hope I was able to address your queries.

Hi Damian,
Just a gentle reminder. Do you have further queries? If not, it will be highly appreciated if you can close the thread.
Thabk you.

In the given formula you use Ψ-JT, but we have heatsink (pedestal). Please refer to screenshot.
Best regards
Hello Damian,
Thanks for the clarifications. I overlooked the heatsink on top of the device. Anyway, I will come back to you latest end of next week, and I hope the schedule is fine with you.
Best regards,

Hi Damian,
Thanks for your patience.
I checked with our thermal expert and the suggestion is to use the Rth(theta-case) to calculate for the junction temperature with a given Tcase. And unfortunately, we cannot provide the sample table you shared because it's PCB and application specific.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't solve my problem. I've closed the topic as a "solved" for your better statistics. I don't have time to explain this topic any further.
