We send 0x002E Lifetime Data Flush to update the lifetime data then sent 0x0028 to reset the lifetime data and read the RAM data by read 0060 Lifetime Data Block 1 (all the data

Now our customer found 4 of 600 pcs lifetime data didn’t clear , the value of the current shown as below, please help to give some advice to find out the root cause why the lifetime data

Here is one of the cycles, after reset the lifetime data, we found that the RAM data have been clear but data memory didn’t,
And after shutdown and wake up, the RAM data appear again, please help to analysis the root cause why the data memory can’t be
