If the input to the LDO is 5V, wouldn't VCC be different from 5V?

Wouldn't the R $_{DS(on)}$ of the FET change if VCC changes?

Hi,

When Vin and Vout both<5.9V, LDO will not work, Vout directly powers VCC, so the difference will be small.

Rdson of the FET will increase if VCC drops.
