It seems like you have some sort of Vin ripple. Could you please ensure that your input supply is stable?

Please see if adding additional output capacitance may help with this situation.

The customer's VIN is a switched power output, so there is a jitter. 

The current situation is the customer on the same PCB to replace the P2P TMP1220, the test waveform is shown below, there is no overshoot point.

The customer has tried to adjust the output capacitance. However, there has been no significant improvement.

Could you share more suggestions about optimizing the issue? This issue may affect our DWIN in this case. many thanks.

Have they tried adjusting the input capacitance as well as reducing parasitics in their circuit where it may be present, resistance, capacitance and inductance?

Are they using a resistive or active load? If an active load, try a resistive?
