VIN=VBIAS <0.8V, VON=3.3V condition, what VOUT status it has?

    Hello Lenny,

    I need to check this condition on EVM and update you.

    There should be internal VINPOR which enables after 0.8V but need to confirm this hypothesis testing on EVM.

    I will update by tomorrow EoD.

    Sorry for the delay.

    Min bias voltage for this device is 1.5V.

    With this you will VOUT same as VIN with no load. With VBIAS less than the recommended value, RDSon value will be high, and it will not match with the datasheet value.

    You can keep VBIAS more than 1.5V and VIN :0.8V for better RDSon.
