Hi,

We know TPS62A06A is force PWM and light load efficiency is lower than TPS62A06,

But do you have EVM on hand can help us check the load efficiency as below condition?

VIN = 3.3V , VOUT=2.5V
Iout = 0.1 ~ 2 mA

Hi,

We found our eletric load minimum scale is 5mA, do you have simulation data or high accuracy e-load can help us?

Hi Jeff,

I will check if we have the simulation data for VIN = 3.3V and VOUT 2.5V and get back to you by 27th March 2025.

Please find attached the presentation with the efficiency measurement for input voltage:3.3V, output voltage 2.5V and load current range from 0.1mA to 2mA.
