The Subject PCN announces addition of RFAB site to the current DFAB site. Can someone confirm if all package types are included, so just confirming as I see the RFAB does have impact on the datasheet characteristics and it seems the SOT-23 package types are not included in the effect parts list on sheet 5.
Specifically please confirm that TPS73601DBVR and TPS73601DBVR (SOT-23 packages) are not affected. The listed Product Affected (sheet 5) includes TPS73601DCQR (SOT-223 package) but I don’t see the SOT-23 package options listed.
