Hello, Need 3D model for the same MPN TPS4HC120AQDGQRQ1. Could you able to share the same. I have downloaded the 3D model from Ultra Librarian and the thermal pad was not matching with the footprint thermal pad. Kindly reply ASAP..

Thanks for the quick response on the issue.

Attached image w.r.t the datasheet. As per the MPN, we have seen bigger thermal pad only.

So confirm us whether we have to use which datasheet as final. Or else could you please share the 3D model for the PN TPS4HC120AQDGQRQ1 itself. So that we by the 3D model we can confirm which datasheet need to be used for the creation of footprint in the design.

We have confirmed with our backend team that the attached package drawing is the correct one to use (SLVSH18A – DECEMBER 2024 – REVISED JANUARY 2025). The way the package drawing is normally appended to the datasheet is by an automated flow, however there is an issue with this automation that we are currently addressing.
