LM70660: 48V to 24V 6A efficiency Data

I already proposed this calculation tool to customer, but customer still want the efficiency data from our demo board test.

Could you please help to test 48 to 24V, 1A-6A with 1A step efficiency data for them?

Below is the data:

VIN = 48V, VOUT = 24V @ 25C:

@ 1A: 94.16%

@ 2A: 96.53%

@ 3A: 97.16%

@ 4A: 97.15%

@ 5A: 97.14%

@ 6A: (THERMAL SHUTDOWN)

The thermal shutdown means LM70660 can't support 6A in 48 to 24 condition or it can be achieved by adding cooling component?

Hi Yishan,

That is correct. The power levels are high (24V @ 6A = 144W).
