Tool/software:
I am designing a power supply system with TPS53681, 2-phase CSD95490Q5, and 1-phase CSD95490Q5.
TPS53681 has VSP, and CSD95490Q5 has VOS.
I want to check the Bode plot with Keysight InfiniiVision X-Series.
The measurement manual says to insert a shunt resistor in the feedback line.
Should I insert the shunt resistor in VSP or VOS?
If possible, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a circuit diagram of the Bode plot evaluation system.
