Dear Experts, I would like to use UCC5304 to drive an SiC MOSFET. I wonder if we can use this IC for +15/-4V switching requirement. I don't see COM pin on this IC and VSS is connected to the GND in. For example, UCC21738 has got VDD, VEE and COM Pins which enables it to distinguish two voltage levels. I fancy UCC5304 for its simplicity without fault and sensing features. It would be a great help if u would recommend any other ICs!
