TPS2660: How to design low active to enable this device

Welcome to E2E.

You can do something like below logic on SHDN pin of TPS2660 for low active enable logic.

Device has internal pull up on SHDN pin. 

When Gate voltage of Q17 is high, device will be OFF
When Gate volage of Q17 is low, device will be ON
