The attached waveform is for the shutdown test of BQ76942. After the RST-SHUT pin was pulled up for 1.2S, the 3.3V voltage of the AFE did not immediately power off and remained at 2.85V until the voltage of the PACK pin dropped below 7V before the AFE shut down.
And the LD PIN is conncted to the GND.
These issue will not found in the BQ76952, why is happend ?
