Hi all,

We used the design scheme of TPS65987D+BQ25723.Originally there was no problem with this solution, but we when it was found to be connected to the computer host, it would cause the computer to prompt a USB port surge, in the process of solving the surge problem we found the following problem.

Here's a description of the new problem,

when my system is working with a low battery, after plugging into the power supply for a few minutes to charge, unplugging the power supply, the system will instantly power down completely, then the battery re-attempts to re-supply the power fails and goes into a protection state.

My system power consumption is about 15W.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
