May I know what is the application here? What is the input voltage range and output current?
1.Change R1105 and R1106 to 0ohm.
2.Add 0402 0.1uF ceramic cap in Vin and Vout pin and put them close to IC.
3.Change R1109 and R1111 to 1206 package for thermal consideration.
4.Please provide output cap P/N for loop calculation.

- input voltage range:9~16V; output voltage:11.6V; the maximum constant output current: about 1.8A; peak output current: about 7.2A

How long will 7.2A peak output current last? I am afraid that TPS552892-Q1 cannot support.

Thanks for your support. The 7.2A peak current last time will be less than 4.2ms(per cycle: 16.6ms )

Hi Xiaowei,
4.2ms is steady state for DCDC already because the switching period is only 2.5us. In this case maximum output current is 7.2A, not 1.8A. Maximum average inductor current: 11.6*7.2/0.95/9=9.8A. TPS552882-Q1 is more suitable here.
