• It is better to add a 1nF cap for each output.
• Isense is required a differential signal, pls add a resistor on ISNSGND. And R3419 value can reduce.

1. LED strings : 4 strings, 14 LEDs in series. LED voltage range :2.8-3.3V (The LED datasheet is attached). And I want to confirm whether the max output voltage of 48V they set meets the design?

2.If they change the P-MOS to a diode, will the chip boot and work properly?

We recommend 2-3V for maximum operation, 48V is not enough for 3.3*14+1=47.2V requirement.

Yes, it can work normally.
