Hello ,

I need a dcdc inverter to provide -6V5 from 6V5. I find the LMR14020. fig 8-2 in the datasheet.

I download the uncrypted model. Inside this model there is R_R1 GND 0 = 1m. Due to this line the simulation doesn't work.

Do you confirm that I can change R_R1 to 1meg and do fig-2 without hidden pb.

(simu is ok w/ r_r1 = 1meg)

Iout = 50 to 100mA. Do you see another product that could better fit?

Hello

I am not sure if making those changes will allow the model to run in IBB.

However you can use any model to run an IBB by moving the input source ground to the output of the regulator.

I did these changes on the model plus a few others and it works.

Just a last question to be sure, the LMR43610 can be also used to make negative voltage like the LMR14020 shown in figure 8.2?

We had already used this last reference in our design so...

Hello

You should be able to use the LMR43610 as well.

Keeping in mind the same precautions and caveats from the application note and testing on the bench to be sure.
