    Hi JH,

    The best solution that we can offer is the TPS3421 which has below implementation.

    This design takes advantage of the TS=VDD, which gives the device a 0s press time. 

    And it's dual push button behavior. This setup will implement the logic table above.

    Also the VDD of the first TPS3421 should be 1.8V and the VDD of the second TPS3421 should be 5V
