Hello,

I've been trying to integrate TPSM365R6V5 and TPSM365R6V3 into our designs.

Application and Implementation {on Datasheet} recommends a set of capacitors and resistors values and the creating the same on Webench spins a completly different values.

Are we missing some information on how to use webench. I am confused on what capacitors to be used

Hi Chakrapani,

The Webench model is usually generated with BOMs provided from the internal development team.

There are some differences due to the voltage derating based off of the part number (i.e. Webench has a 4.7uF, 50V; instead of application datasheet 2.2uF; 100V), but the derated capacitance ends up being the same.

If you follow the application section, it is accurate. A better way to consider Webench is a practical starting point.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the prompt reply. This partially solved my issue. Also, For a fixed output voltage the feedback path resistors are completely ignored on the Webench.
