What is the source of the oscillator initial tolerance?  In the data sheet it's listed as 47 kHz to 55 kHz for CT = 3.3 nF and RT = 10 kHz.

Is it the oscillator's comparator thresholds uncertainty?

    Hey Kenneth,

    Discharge current, thresholds the ramp signal gets compared to, and internal reference inaccuracies will all contribute to this number.
    The test is effectively running the part with those specified components and seeing what frequency the device runs at.

    I dont know if you are looking for anything more specific.
