BQ76940: Sudden non-answering questions in the communication

In our side of the product BQ76940 there is a sudden communication no response during operation, it is random, it occurs in different working states, there is no common characteristic, the probability is 1%, the MCU is working normally and stably, and now it can only be shut down by BQ76940, restart BQ76940 and then the normal communication response can be restored  
    We would like to know the reason why the BQ7640 suddenly has no communication response, and whether it can provide some technical guidance and analysis;

    Hello FeF,

    Is this potentially occurring during cell balancing? What commands were being sent before the AFE stopped communicating in the image shared? Also, do you mind sharing the logic analyzer file as well?

    W    e didn't capture the data sent before the communication failure was interrupted;
    We found that when the TS1 pin is used as a wake-up function, the TS1 pull-down resistor uses 1MΩ or is empty, which is a bit different from the 10KΩ recommended in the specification. whether such use is the cause of the sudden unresponsiveness of the communication; Can it help confirm the correctness of this design from the perspective of the chip or not; Attachment principle connection, R119 vacant or 1MΩ;

    Hello FeF,

    TS1 should never be left floating, if unused there should always be a 10-kOhm populated. We have seen issues with the device not initializing correctly because of this.
