TPS82672: Minimum on time

May I know the minimum on time of TPS82672? The minimum on time determine the switching frequency of TPS82672 in certain input and output conditions.

    Hi Shunsuke,

    This is a pretty old device and we don't have a min TON information. 

    Figure 2 in the datasheet shows variation of the switching frequency. 

    Have you checked out our newer modules TPSM828437, TPSM828511 (fixed frequency)  and TPSM828301?

    Thank you for the reply. I understand that we don't have a min TON information. You showed the figure of switching frequency, so I assume there is a method to calculate the min TON by this graph. Could you please kindly let me know how to do it?

    Thank you for the device suggestions. There is a height limitaion of the customer's EE which is 1.3mm. Thus it is difficult to adopt TPSM828511 and TPSM828301. TPSM828437 doesn't include the input and output capacitors, so the total pcb size of TPSM828437 is much larger than the total pcb size of TPSM82821A which my customer currently uses for their EE.
