    Hello Chen,

    Thanks for reaching to E2E.

    Yes, You can replace the discrete solution with load switch or eFuse with integrated FET.

    This is a 9V voltage rail. TPS22917 is 5.5V device.

    You can check TPS22810 which is 18V and 2A application.
