Hello Edi,
I can't view the attached srec file but what would be more helpful is seeing the cell empty and changing to the "stuck point" in a .log file and getting your .gg file aswell from bqstuido.
Thank you,
Alan
I’m running the whole process once again now with log file. I don’t know how to export .gg file. Can you help?
Hello Edi,
Below I've attached the picture of how to start and export a .log and how to export a .gg

Attached files after full discharge. We already see some problem - the update status is 5 and not 6 as should be according to your document. The full charge capacity and remaining capacity are 0.
Hello Edi,
Could you attach the GPCCHEM calculator report to verified that your chemID is below 3% in error difference since it could be the wrong chemID. However since you were able to reach update status I've attached a E2E trend that could help you resolve this issue.

1. The ChemId is ok since i’’m using standard Samsung cell that is on Bqstudio list.
2. Using lower discharge current sounds like voodoo. Maybe it will help maybe not. Maybe you will waste another day just to see if you lucky to complete the cycle.
3. Why full charge capaciity and remaining capacity are 0?
Hello Edi,
I had a chance to review it and did see the abnormal SOC and capacities results seen within the .log and the more abnormal part is that you were able to complete a learning cycle under these conditions. Seeing how you did complete a learning cycle than your chemID should be good (it would still be good to verified the % error difference) but it is most likely your parameters are completed incorrectly. I need some more time to look into the .gg file but will give an update within the near future.
Thank you,
Alan
Hi
Can you advise what happened? I observed that suddenly the capacities started to change but the readings completely incorrect. For example, full capacity indicates around 700mah while it should be > 3000mah.
Hello Edi,
Your question has been received and will be answered promptly.
Thank you,
Alan
Hello Edi,
Please ensure you have properly matched a chemID using the GPCCHEM tool that Alan has recommended. We need this report to be able to resolve this behavior.
Regards,
Jonny.
Hello Edi,
In order to best help you debug the situation can you attached a screen shot of your GPCCHEM report, just because the name on the chemID is the same of the one your are using doesn't necessarily mean that you have the right chemID.

Hi, Alan
I ran discharge-charge cycle once again with log to understand what is going on.ti2.csv I uploaded partial log file that describes what happens at the end of charge. You can observe that at sample 9230 when charging is still on, the full charge capacity is 3115mAh and the next sample after charging stops it drops to 598mAh. This behavior has nothing to do with cell chemistry. It either a bug or something else. Please help.
Hello Edi,
After reviewing the excel sheet it seems that this can still be and most likely is the biggest reasoning for your issue, please send me a screenshot of your GPCCHEM report to better help you. Also if this turns out to be the issue and you update your chemID than the next step would be to complete a successful learning cycle since your "Lstatus" is at 4 and it should be at 6 hinting that a learning cycle has been completed. Please reference the links below for better assistance.
