TPS82130: 5v output not stable, only 100mA

Part Number: TPS82130

Tool/software:

I made a revamp of a pcb and before the TPS82130 was working perfect. It is a 5V voltage supply for a raspberry pi cm4 modul.
The new pcb doesn't work any more. The TPS82130 outputs 5V if there is no load and if I connect the cm4 modul the voltage drops to 4,5V and it is a current of 100mA. The input supply was a stable voltage source of 12V.
The only thing I replaced was the 100k resistor to another resistor type but that shouldn't be a problem. I really don't know, where I should start to search for the problem. Maybe someone can help me, to find the problem? Thanks
