BQ27427EVM: Learning Cycle with bqStduio cannot be proceeded

We are trying to use BQ27427EVM boards with bqStudio for proceeding learning process of our Li-ion battery.

Even if I tried to set Design capacity, Taper current, dsg/chg current threshold, quit current and term voltage according to our Li-ion battery specification, Lerning cycle on bqStudio cannot be proceeded like attached video.

Please kindly let me have your advice what I could check on such problem on bqStudio.

Our battery specification is 505mAh capacity and charger is bq24232.

    Could you attach your results from GPPCCHEM calculator? It seems like the ChemID you went with could be the root of the issue, typically you want to see a error difference of 3% when using a chemID.

    I have tried to complete GPCCHEM calculator process with our battery pack and I got Gauging Parameter Calculator Report as below.

    Max. deviations for best generic ID is within recommended range. Please chose this ID in your device configuration or device family.

    In that case, would it be possible to use BQ27427 with Chem ID 3230 for our battery pack?

    Since Chemistry max DOD error is below 3.0% if we used Chem ID 3230 for our battery pack according to Gauging Parameter Calculator Report.
