BQ25751: Battery charging voltage and charging current

Part Number: BQ25751

Tool/software:

1. When the input voltage of the BQ25751 IC is 48V and 4 batteries (12V12Ah) are connected in series to the output terminal for charging, can the maximum charging voltage and charging current values be set?

2. If I can set the battery charging voltage and current, can I do so simply by changing the resistance value around the IC?

  • Hello Park,

    1. When the input voltage of the BQ25751 IC is 48V and 4 batteries (12V12Ah) are connected in series to the output terminal for charging, can the maximum charging voltage and charging current values be set?

I'm not too shure what you are asking, but this is a buck-boost charger, so you can use an input of 48V to charge 4 batteries (12V12Ah)

    2. If I can set the battery charging voltage and current, can I do so simply by changing the resistance value around the IC?

Yes, you can set the charge voltage and charge current using hardware.

    Best Regards,
