I have few basic (silly :-( ?? ) questions here,

1. Please help me to understand how this load switching works.

2. How do ACDRV and BATDRV synchronization (signal o/p) happening?

3. Does this circuit power the system directly (either from AC/ Battery) or i need to have more rooting?

The powering of the system is automatic, but one should have enough hold up capacitance for the system to operate for 20 to 50us during the break before make switching between the input power and battery power.

Please read data sheet on page 5 toward bottom (Sleep comparator and ACN/SRN) and 17 (system power selector). Search data sheet on key words like BATFET.
