TPS281C100: settling time ISNS from rising EN

Part Number: TPS281C100

Tool/software:

Hello,

I would like to use the TPS281C100 to control a proportional valve. I would also like to use the SNS pin for current measurement. The frequency should be up to 5 kHz. Measurements show that there are time delays.
DIAG_EN is all the time High.

In the picture EN: yellow / Iout: green / SNS (1 kOhm): red

Switch on:
EN High => 20 us => Out High => 20 us => SNS goes high

Switch off:
EN Low => 4 us => SNS Low => 15 us => Out Low

This is also stated in the data sheet and the different times can be compensated by software.

In the data sheet, however, there is also a time specification t(SNSION3) with 200 us.
So is it possible that at 5 kHz and a duty cycle of 100 us, the SNS signal does not "move" at all and therefore no current measurement is possible?

best regards
Bertram
