LP2953QML-SP: LP2953QML-SP SEE report

This is an older device and does not have the same SEE reports available as our newer space-grade devices. However, since it is a bipolar device it is generally considered to be immune to SEL.

This part does not have a Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) orderable option. The dash shown in it's SMD part number # (5962-9233602VXA) indicates that it is a non-RHA device.

RLAT (Group E TID testing) is only performed for devices that have an RHA rating, so it does not apply to this device. It's possible that 3rd parties may have performed TID testing of this part, but there are not reports available directly from TI.
