BQ24703: Inquiries regarding IC operation

1) Even if ACPRES is pull-up to VREF(5V), is the VACPRES value 1.208~1.285V?

2) If number 1 is correct, if 2-4V voltage is applied only to ACDET pins, IC is not in power saving mode and is operating normally, right?

    This is a legacy device, so we have limited information on this device except for what is in the datasheet. I also do not have a BQ24703 EVM, so I am unable to test this question.

    Yes, This is correct.

    No, The input supply has to be between 4.5V-28V. I recommend ordering an EVM to get a better understanding of the device.
