BQ25172EVM: when charge cycle completed, can't trigger a new charger cycle !

Hi team,

bq25172 datasheet wrote "If the intermittent charging function is disabled and a full charge cycle has been completed (safety timer expired with VOUT above VRECHG), the device does not start a new charge cycle automatically and requires input supply or TS pin toggle to initiate a new charge cycle."

we experiment it, but we didn't get a new charge cycle ! please see attach figure, and why ?

our setting : Vin = 5V, Vset = 24K(3 cell, no intermittent), TMR = 36K(4hr), ISET=6.8K(45mA)
