BQ27220: require driver for bq27220

I've attached a EVM that does a walkthrough of how to setup the software within the BQ27220 gauge, however to use this IC you would need to download bqstuido and supporting software for it as well. However if you are looking for a linux driver than I have also attached the link for it as well but please understand that we don't support this as well.
