Hi experts,

I have a just one question about PFET inner cap.

I'd like to know there are any trade-offs if I increase the inner capacitance of PFET to reduce the inrush current.

    Hi Jamie,

    The only thing is that if the capacitance is too large, the PMOS can't be turned off timely when output short to ground or there is over current condition, this would be a risk of damage for the PMOSFET, the IC and also the inductor. Except this condition, it should be ok.
