BQ40Z50-R2: FET Control Issue: XCHG and XDSG Won't Clear with FET_EN, Despite Manual Charge/Discharge Working in BQStudio

Tool/software:

If I manually toggle the FETs in BQStudio, it works and I can charge and discharge,

But I can't seem to get XCHG and XDSG to clear with FET_EN asserted.
A screen shot is below. No Alarms or PF have occurred.

Any help appreciated.
