BQ41Z90: Configuration of I/Os

Hello,

we are going to design a solution with the new bq41z90.

We have recognized that there are some chances in the PIN-functions between the several versions of the datasheets. Will there be any other changes in the nearer future? Is the version of the datasheet, the TRM and the firmware on your webpage the latest versions or are newer version available?

Another question is how the configuration of multifunction PINs (e.g. PIN20-PIN29 an PIN34-PIN44) can be done?

Hello Stephanie,

There is not any plans of updating the datasheet, TRM and teh firmware in the future and currently there is only on version of each documentation in the website as well. In terms configuration of the Pins you would need to do that within BQStuido and read the TRM to see how it is done, but I've attached the steps to turn on the thermistor below.

The measurement of temperatures is working. But where can we find more information about configuration of PIN 22 and 23 as DCHG output and DDSG output. Is anywhere a detailed description of the DCHG output and DDSG output function available?
