Hi,

We have an existing design that uses TPS536C7 + CSD95490Q5MC to supply 500A, 0.85V. As advised by TI, we are hoping to move this design to the more efficient power stage CSD95410RRB.

I am trying to compare the thermal performance of these two components as the figures on the datasheet do not allow for an easy comparison, please can someone contact me privately to help with this?

You're right, it might be a little difficult to compare directly from the datasheet.

Allow me some time to get the validation data for both of them and get back to you.

Meanwhile can you please share any specific test conditions in which you are interested.
