The NiPdAu lead finish thickness is as follows:

Ni 20-80 MICROINCH (0.50-2.00 MICROMETER) + Pd 0.4-6.0 MICROINCH (0.010-0.150 MICROMETER) + Au-Flash 0.12-1.20 MICROINCH (0.003-0.030 MICROMETER)
