I am currently working on a design using the TPS25763-Q1, and I’ve been referring to the slvubx5c.pdf document.
On page 13, it states:
“In the BUILD GUI FLASH IMAGE window, the user has the option to select the base firmware image binary – this file is provided from TI when the firmware release package is installed.”
So I went to the following link: https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS257XX-Q1-GUI,
and under the Get Started section, I clicked "Request access to download the TPS257XX-Q1 firmware package" in Step 3.
However, since I previously followed another forum post, it seems that an older request was submitted and is still active.
Now, the access request page shows the status as Pending for TPS25772-Q1-DESIGN, as shown in the screenshot below.
To request access for the TPS25763-Q1, do I need to wait until the current TPS25772-Q1 request is approved?
Or is there another way I can submit a separate request specifically for the TPS25763-Q1?
Please let me know how I should proceed.
