Could you please comment on the following?

Do you have any data on the performance of the device at -55 degrees.
We realize that it's only recommend for -40 degree use but would like to know how it's performance will

degrade at these low temperatures.

Ben,

We really do not have any test data at anything below -40C for this device so we are unable to comment on the reliability on any official capacity. Given it is an external FET device, the risks of the device going into an unreliable mode of operation are reduced, however as we have not tested at temperature lower that -40C we would be unable to make any guarantees.
